Heglovské inšpirácie u Štúra a Hurbana

Abstrakt
The authoress takes advantage of the 200th anniversary of G. W. F. Hegel’s birth to analyze this philosopher’s influence upen two Slovak thinkers of the mid-nineteenth century, Ľudovít Štúr and Jozef M. Hurban. She has not chosen the form of general philosophical characteristics of these two Slovak Hegelians, but she has selected three essential problems at solving of which Štúr and Hurban were evidently inspired by Hegel and which are interesting also from the point of view of the further development of modern dialectical philosophy. 1. The question of the relation of philosophy and life is a projection of these two thinkers’ conception of philosophy that was formed on the background of nagating Hegel’s system, but in agreement with the explicit contents of his philosophy. The authoress, in connection with this, suggests an analogy of Štúr’s attempt at „implementation of philosophy“ by a philosophical Conception of life with the left-Hegelian tendency of „abolition of philosophy“ and points out both the positiveness and limitation of these views. 2. The question of the relation of being and man is an attempt at investigating Štúr’s and Hurban’s ontological-metaphysical opinions on the background of the variance between the ontotheological and onto-anthropological interpretation of Hegel’s philosophy. The authoress shows the novelty of Hegel’s philosophy in comparison with the classical type of ontology and ties this question with the central problem of Hegel’s system — the relation of the absolute and man. 3. The question of history and freedom is one of extraordinary importance with Štúr and Hurban as it is part of their national liberation programme and of the revolutionary revival conception of Slovak life in the mid-nineteenth century. The authoress concentrates her analysis on the complex of problems originated in the classic German philosophy as follows: historical regularity and freedom, apriority of historical law and self-creation of man, abstract superhistorical freedom and its social-historical concretization, The authoress points out the incentive character of Hegel’s formulation of these questions consisting in its historical-evolutionary conception and dialectical solution.
