Kybernetické modelovanie vývinových procesov a dialektika

Abstrakt
The present paper is devoted to the analysis of the attempts to employ the cybernetic methods for a more exact expression of some philosophical categories (mutal influence, contradiction, self-motion). The endeavor is analysed to model contradictory relationships and processes by means of feedback, negative and positive feedback, of the so-called right of veto etc. According to the present author’s opinion, cybernetics succeeds in modeling some aspects of mutual influence and some phenomenological features of the developmental processes (autoregulation, self-control); in this sense, cybernetics begins to overcome the classically deterministic conceptions, and enriches — both experimentally and theoretically — the notions of dialectics on the developmental processes. However, cybernetics cannot yet, at the given stage, express the deepest levels of the developmental processes, expressed intuitively in the category of the inner dialectical contradiction. The present author sees the cause in that the starting concepts and principles with which cybernetics operates at present when modeling the developmental processes, in principle do not yet overpass the level of classical physics. According to the author’s presupposition, cybernetics (or the theory of systems) will generalize its principles and starting concepts from the standpoint of modern physics, anl will pass — with the assistance of dialectics — from the classical systems which are delimitated by functional and causal structures, to the systems which are delimitated by dialectically contradictory structures, i. e., to the systems which are capable not only of autoregulation and self-control (getting over break-downs) but also of self-development (the rise of qualitative differences leading to the transformation of a given system into another system).
