K Marxovmu pojmu „zákony krásy“
In the paper the author points to the contradictory analysis of Marx’s concept of the „law of beauty“ in contemporary aesthetics. He starts from the theoretical-historical situation of the first half of the 19th century, especially from the spiritual context of the German classical aesthetics which corresponds directly with the given notion. The author is based on the theoretical-methodological initiative of the German classical aesthetics, from the standpoint of which the concept „laws of beauty“ appears to be a meaningful aesthetic-philosophical problem. He concludes that by the „creation according to laws of beauty“ Marx meant the molding of the work of art.
