Abstract
The positivist conception of predicting cannot be considered exhaustively satisfactory It reduces procedures of predicting to a method of deduction and relevant relations of the object to a simple series of laws and statements on conditions of their functioning. The conception takes .no account of many internal and external determinants which modify the character of laws of the structure of the object and the conditions of their functioning in a specific way. The Marxist conception satisfies the requirements of adequate and highly effective methods of scientific prediction. It presupposes that the genesis of the social structure is made out in the totality of systems relations where dynamism and evolutional changes of mutually functionally interconnected social laws and social and natural conditions of their functioning dominate.
