Abstrakt

In the paper the rise of the interval approach as one of methodological streams of contemporary methodology of science is analyzed, its natural scientific preconditions and sociocultural principes are examined. This stream develops ways of examination of natural, social and spiritual phenomena while respecting the multidimensional and polyvalent character of objects which are under scientific scrutiny. From the methodological point of view the interval approach represents conceptual elaboration of categorical and methodological means which make it possible to grasp deeper the content of the principle of concrete truth and the possibility of its application in scientific cognition.
