K problematike imanentného vývinu dejín filozofie

Filozofia, 33 (1978), 2, 184-194.
Typ článku: State - Otázky dejín filozofie
Abstrakt
The author holds the opinion that a purely immanent development does not exist, because philosophy is subdued to many external influences, as science, religion and, first of all, to economic-social factors of the particular society. They cause that the development is not straightforward, but that it stagnates sometimes, it finds itself in blind alleys or even returns backwards. But on the other hand this development is not entirely heteronomous. It is immanent-heteronomous so far as the external influences assert themselves in the philosophical guise as philosophical hypotheses, theories, arguments and counterarguments and while thus philosophy develops formally-logically as any other science.
