Abstract
The author presents a historical-logical analysis of the category of revolution and with it connected categories of evolution and other categories of quantity, quality and jump in order to achieve a more accurate understanding of the category of revolution and of ,the other categories mentioned, as well as the characteristics of their mutual relations, of their subordination.
