Abstract
In the first part the author analyzes the drawbacks of nonMarxist theories and methodologies of sciences, namely the methodological reductionism, mechanicism, methodological simplification, absolutization and incompleteness. In the other part he shows how it follows from the Marxist theory of cognition as a transition from phenomena to the always deeper substance that theory of science must deal with multilevel systems. It is from the Marxist theory of relative truth that the inner historical character of science with all methodological consequences results.
