Abstract

The eonceptional delimitation of the sphere of the juridical-philosophical investigation and its relation to jurisprudence remains still an open and much discussed question. The basis of its investigation is in the Marxist conception of the relation of science and philosophy in general. The emphasizing of the specificity of the juridical-philosophical investigation directs the attention toward the problem of the eventual formation of an independent juristic branch of ’’the Marxist philosophy of law“, resp. of treating the juridical-philosophical question within the framework of the hitherto general-theoretical branch — the Marxist-Leninist general theory of state and law.
