Abstract

Scientific-technological revolution changes the quality and proportions of participation of material and spiritual elements in the production of use values of human life and thus it substantially influences the motivation structures of social attitudes of people and their social relationships.

The constitution of social ethics necessarily enters the controversy with traditional philosophical arguments of individual ethics by means of which philosophical dogmatism gave reasons for its moral postulates, at variance with objective conditions of life of their life activities in socialist countries in the years of stagnation of their social life.
